议长佩洛西丈夫因酒驾被判5天监禁3年缓刑7千美元罚款 【《华人》传媒编辑王惠豫2022年8月24日 】美国众议院议长南希-佩洛西(Nancy Pelosi)的丈夫保罗-佩洛西 (Paul Pelosi) 昨天（周二）对在今年5月在加州葡萄酒之乡发生的一起车祸有关的轻度醉酒驾驶指控认罪，被判处5天监禁和3年缓刑，7千美元罚款。
纳帕（Napa）郡高级法院法官约瑟夫-索尔加说，保罗-佩洛西已经在监狱中服刑两天，并获得了另外两天的行为积分。索尔加在保罗-佩洛西的判决中说，保罗-佩洛西将在法院的工作计划中工作8小时，以代替剩余的一天。
保罗没有参加判决。加州法律允许酒后驾车的轻罪被告通过其律师出庭，除非法院另有命令。
