A female passenger from Yunnan arrived in Guangzhou early because of a change of booking, and did not get on the flight to escape, but she still had 6 relatives and friends on the flight. "One of them is my sister," she said sadly, and they had agreed to go to Guangzhou for a memorial service together. Relatives in my hometown lit hundreds of candles to pray for their relatives and friends.

According to comprehensive media reports, the female passenger who escaped the accident originally planned with 6 friends to board China Eastern Airlines MU5735 and flew from Kunming to Guangzhou to attend the memorial service. She arrived in Guangzhou ahead of schedule after changing her ticket, and the other six friends took off on time at 1:15 pm on the 21st. They were all lost after the accident.

Among the six passengers, one was a teenager, four were women in their 40s, and the other was a man in his 30s. Five of them are from Shuangjiang Lahu, Wa, Bulang and Dai Autonomous County of Lincang City, Yunnan Province, and one woman is from Guizhou.

The female passenger who arrived in Guangzhou was very sad. She said that the flight was full of relatives and friends, one of which was her sister. "I am now in Guangzhou waiting for news from the airline."

Another family member of the six relatives and friends, Ms. Chen, is now in Myanmar and has not been able to go to the crash site for the time being. "My sister and best friend were on that plane," she said sadly. "My family in Myanmar stayed up with me last night." Together, they lit two rows of candles from the intersection to the door to pray for relatives and friends, hoping to get good news.

When boarding the plane, passengers hold a bag of flower cakes

In addition, after the plane crash of China Eastern Airlines, a flight attendant who often flies to Kunming and Guangzhou wrote about the line online, "Kunming to Guangzhou is a tourist route, many passengers from Guangzhou will buy flower cakes when they go home, and there are also many young People go to Guangzhou to work, and they often go on business trips with glasses and bags, and even if they fly for 2 hours, they have to use the computer for office work.”

She wrote, "It takes about 2 hours to fly from Kunming to Guangzhou, and the flight has been very bumpy recently." "Most of the passengers on this route (Kunming to Guangzhou) are very polite and travel with no luggage. When they board the plane, they basically have a bag of flower cakes."

The rescue work for 132 people on the China Eastern Airlines flight is still continuing, and there are no foreign passengers on the crashed flight. At present, there have been long queues at the counters of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, and many people who were going to take the flight expressed that they wanted to refund their tickets and change to the high-speed rail.
