治疗早搏的药物有很多，中药和西药都有各自的经典用药。但是，治疗早搏的西药均有各自的不良反应和副作用，特别是有些治疗早搏的西药本身就有可能引发心律失常。而传统的中药药在此方面的治疗则有着自己独特的理论和经验。因此，对于广大有早搏现象和相关不适症状的人群来说，是一种比较安全、有效的方法，长期以来广受人们的欢迎和信赖。究竟中医中药如何处理早搏及相关不适症状呢？今天就请德成行健康药师给我们分享一则真实的病例，看看中医对于早搏及相关不适症状的治疗和建议。

中医将由于气血阴阳亏虚或痰饮瘀血阻滞，导致心失所养、心脉不畅、心神不宁，从而引起患者表现心中悸动、惊惕不安、甚则不能自主的病证称为“心悸”。对于临床上各种早搏患者表现为上诉症状者，多参照中医“心悸”病证，采取辩证论治的方法，酌情采用益气养阴、温阳利水、活血通络等方法进行辩证治疗。

中医诊断考虑属于中医内科“心悸”的范畴，从患者兼见的乏力，口干，舌质暗红有瘀点，舌苔干少等症状表现来看，症属于气阴两虚型。因此，建议患者在中医治疗上可以采用益气养阴、活血通脉的方法来治疗。
